Milan Matrimony (the “App”) is owned, operated, and managed by Milan Matrimony Services, a matrimonial technology and services provider based in Maharashtra, India.
Milan Matrimony Services operates a centralized matrimonial technology platform that enables independent matchmakers, matrimonial service providers, and partners to offer matchmaking services to their respective clients using applications developed, owned, or controlled by Milan Matrimony Services.
Independent matchmakers using the Milan Matrimony platform act in their own capacity with respect to their clients. Milan Matrimony Services remains the sole owner and controller of the App, underlying software, databases, infrastructure, and all data processed or stored on the platform.
By accessing or using this App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Milan Matrimony Services reserves the right to revise or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to reflect operational, legal, regulatory, or business changes.
Revised Terms will be made available on the App or associated websites. Continued use of the App following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
The App is intended for individuals between the ages of 18 and 88 years. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are legally competent to enter into a binding agreement under applicable Indian law.
Milan Matrimony Services reserves the right to deny or terminate access if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a User does not meet eligibility requirements or has provided false or misleading information.
Milan Matrimony Services designs, develops, owns, operates, and maintains a centralized matrimonial technology platform. This platform supports multiple matrimonial applications, including the Milan Matrimony App, Buddhist Milan App, Kanyadaan Matrimony App, Hari Om Marriage Bureau App and various white-labeled or co-branded applications offered separately to independent matchmakers and service partners.
Such white-labeled or co-branded applications may operate under different brand identities and may be distributed or managed independently by respective matchmakers. These applications are powered by Milan Matrimony Services’ centralized systems, infrastructure, and databases.
As part of this unified platform architecture, user profiles, preferences, photographs, documents, communications, and other matchmaking-related data may be stored within shared or integrated databases maintained by Milan Matrimony Services.
Accordingly, certain profile data available on the Milan Matrimony App may also be accessible, viewable, or processed through other applications developed, owned, controlled, or enabled by Milan Matrimony Services for affiliated matchmakers, subject to platform configurations, permissions, and lawful matchmaking purposes.
Likewise, data created, submitted, or managed through white-labeled or co-branded matchmaker applications may be stored within Milan Matrimony Services’ centralized platform and may be displayed or processed through the Milan Matrimony App and/or other applications operated on the same platform ecosystem.
Such shared data visibility and processing are intended solely to facilitate bona fide matrimonial matchmaking services and do not imply public disclosure, unrestricted access, or transfer of ownership.
Notwithstanding the branding or operator of any application, Milan Matrimony Services remains the sole administrator and controller of the platform, databases, data structures, system configurations, and access controls, and reserves the right to regulate, modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue access to any part of the platform at its sole discretion and in accordance with applicable laws.
Matchmakers, including but not limited to Hari Om Marriage Bureau or similar service providers, are granted limited, conditional access to the platform strictly for matchmaking purposes and do not acquire any ownership, custodial, or proprietary rights over the platform or data.
All profiles, photographs, documents, communications, and personal information uploaded or generated on the platform—whether by Users, matchmakers, or matchmakers’ clients—remain the exclusive property of Milan Matrimony Services.
Users and matchmakers acknowledge that they do not acquire ownership or transferable rights over such data and agree not to copy, extract, reuse, sell, or exploit such data for any purpose outside the scope of authorized matrimonial services.
Users are advised to exercise discretion and caution while communicating with other Users. Milan Matrimony Services does not conduct background verification and is not responsible for offline
If misuse, harassment, or unlawful activity is suspected, Users are encouraged to contact local law enforcement authorities and notify Milan Matrimony Services.
Milan Matrimony Services owns all intellectual property rights relating to the App, including software, content, design, trademarks, and databases.
Any unauthorized copying, distribution, resale, or commercial exploitation of the App or its content is strictly prohibited.
Users may request deletion of their profile at any time. Requests will be processed in accordance with applicable laws and data retention obligations.

Milan Matrimony Services do not offer refunds for any fees paid for value-added services. All purchases are final and non-refundable.
Fees paid for subscriptions, premium services, contact packs, talk time packs, or personal introduction services are final and non-refundable.
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. Milan Matrimony Services is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of such third parties.
The App and services are provided on an “as-is” basis. Milan Matrimony Services does not guarantee matchmaking results, profile accuracy, or uninterrupted access.
Milan Matrimony Services shall not be liable for losses or disputes arising from interactions between Users or matchmakers.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Maharashtra, India.
Users confirm that they are using the App solely for genuine matrimonial purposes and not for commercial, fraudulent, or unlawful activities.
Users are responsible for their conduct on the App. Milan Matrimony Services reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
Milan Matrimony Services operates an adults-only matrimonial platform. Registration and use of the App are strictly restricted to individuals 18 years of age and above.
Notwithstanding the age restriction, Milan Matrimony Services maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) or Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). This policy exists to address unlawful content or conduct that may be attempted, uploaded, or discovered on the platform in violation of these Terms.
For the purposes of this policy:
Users are strictly prohibited from uploading, sharing, requesting, storing, or distributing any CSAE or CSAM-related content, or engaging in conduct that promotes or facilitates such activity.
Any account found to be involved in CSAE or CSAM-related activity will be immediately suspended or permanently terminated. Milan Matrimony Services reserves the right to preserve relevant information and report such activity to appropriate law enforcement and child protection authorities in accordance with applicable Indian laws.
