The app is strictly for users aged 18 years and above.
Any attempt to create an account for a minor is prohibited.
Content, communication, or behavior that exploits, sexualizes, or endangers minors is strictly forbidden
This includes text, images, videos, profiles, links, or any other form of interaction.
Any violation will result in:
Immediate account suspension or permanent termination
Reporting to relevant law enforcement agencies and child protection authorities, as required by law
Milan Matrimony enforces age-gating and does not allow users below 18 years of age.
Account will be removed immediately without prior notice, if a user is found to be: a) Under 18 years old b)Impersonating a minor c) Engaging in CSAE-related behavior
Milan Matrimony provides in-app reporting tools that allow users to: Report suspicious profiles, Report inappropriate messages or media & Flag any behavior related to CSAE or CSAM.
All reports are reviewed promptly by our moderation team and appropriate action is taken.
Milan Matrimony complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including: a) Reporting confirmed CSAM to appropriate authorities b) Preserving required data for legal investigation c) Cooperating fully with law enforcement agencies
